I do a fair amount of stalking on the interwebs and pinterest. One of the things that intrigues me the most is what people like to travel with! I love the challenge of packing well and packing light so I'm always looking for new ideas and way to make this as streamlined as possible. Especially adding in gear as a photographer packing can be a challenge. So check out what's in my bag for a Destination Elopement!
Camera Gear: 2 Canon 5D Mark II, Sigma 35mm Art Lens, Canon 16-35L Lens, Canon 70-200 L lens, Batteries, Remote Trigger, Flash, ALL THE MEMORY CARDS, Batteries
Personal Carry On: Danner Hiking Boots, 1 pair of jeans, 1 pair of leggings, 1 dress (to photograph the wedding in), 3 Tshirts, 1 Cardigan, 1 Lightweight long-sleeve shirt, Patagonia Rain Jacket, Patagonia Nano Jacket, Light weight scarf, gloves, and a knit hat. Snacks, a good book, card reader, and external hard drive. I also carry undies and the assorted toiletries and medications. For this shoot I also had a Woolrich wool blanket stuffed in there! I usually wear a pair of leggings, tank top, light weigh jacket, and flats for the airport.
