Holly and Alan’s engagement session outside of Joshua Tree California was absolutely to die for. I love shooting in the desert. There’s just something about it that isn’t quite like anywhere else. The colors in the desert can be both dull and vibrant. The textures are amazing. And just when you think the sunset is gone you’ll be surprised with a blast of final light and color.
One of the best parts of The Bowman Odyssey this past year was being able to visit old friends all over the country. Holly is one of my oldest friends from Knoxville. We’ve worked, traveled, and adventured together. It had been several years since we had been able to catch up and I was so glad I got to visit her in California.
Holly and Alan’s session was a blast! Holly has a gorgeous smile and I loved that Alan’s quiet teasing kept her smiling and laughing. These two were up for anything. I think their adventurous spirit and fun loving personalities show through in the pictures. Holly and Alan thank you guys so much for letting me share this time with you!
