Your wedding day is the start to a really big adventure.  It's a day to celebrate the paths that have brought you to this point and the amazing places you will go from here.   I thrive on capturing the genuine emotions and special details that make your wedding day as unique as you are.  I believe that authentic passion comes from trust and comfort with your photographer, which is why I strive to establish a relationship with you.  That commitment,  paired with my documentary style, keeps the day relaxed, natural, and all about your love.

With me you also get someone who is dedicated to your day being amazing (not perfect, because that’s impossible) and is part of your team. I’ve climbed mountains in the dark, sewn dresses, re-iced cakes, got the dance floor going, and caught Dads falling off ladders. And honestly, teared up behind my camera so many times I can’t count because I love my couples so damn much.

Wedding packages begin at $4,800 and I offer several different packages to customize to your specific needs.  If you are eloping or having a destination wedding please inquire about my special packages.  To set up a consultation, ask questions, or just chat, please submit an inquiry through the contact form.

Wedding FAQ

Q: What is your photographic style?
A: Dark and moody like my soul. Just kidding! My images do tend to be darker and have a film like quality to them. I love to capture a mix of natural moments along with some fun posed images. But my biggest goal for wedding photography (beyond capturing your amazing love) is for you to have fun, relax, and enjoy your day and the photos be apart of that.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my photos back?
A: Depending backlog, I typically strive to have your gallery to you no more than three month after your session. If something unexpected comes up, I’ll definitely communicate that and let you know!

Q: Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
A: Absolutely. I’ve been doing professional photography for a long time now and while I have ideal lighting situations I prefer, I definitely have experience shooting in many different varieties of light.

Q: How many photographers do you work with?
A: For smaller weddings it’s just me and possibly an assistant. For larger weddings, I have a variety of photographers that I call on as a second shooter.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes! Many venues I work with require photographers to cover a certain amount of liability insurance.

Q: Do you book more than one wedding in a day? Weekend?
A: While I sometimes which I had the power to be in multiple places at once, sadly, I don’t. I want to make sure you have my full attention on your special day so I never book more than one wedding in a day and usually not in a weekend. Occasionally, if it’s two small elopements or tiny weddings I will book two in one weekend but that’s pretty rare for it to fall that way.

Q: What’s your policy on taking breaks?
A. Here’s the thing y’all I love food. I’m not going to lie about that! All joking aside though, weddings are long days and I typically do communicate that I’ll take a break around the time that everyone else is also eating. This is for two reasons 1) no one likes pictures of themselves eating, so it’s a natural moment to pause. 2) I want to fuel myself for the party so I can give you the best images possible.

Q: What equipment do you bring? Do you have back-ups?
A: I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark IV and a variety of lenses. I typically shoot with two cameras at weddings so I always have a back up if one should fail.

Q: Do you provide albums?
A: Yes! Albums are an al la carte option to add into any package.

Q: Do you provide videography services?
A: Not at this time, I focus completely on still images. If you’re looking for videography I would suggest going with a pro videographer that is solely dedicated to that.

My husband and I were extremely fortunate to have Beth photograph our engagement and wedding day! She expertly captured all of the special moments and emotions that we wanted to remember. She is extremely easygoing but also very focused and driven, with consistently gorgeous and stunning work. We planned most of the event long-distance and she was very attentive and communicated with us often. I would use Beth time and time again and would recommend her to anyone.
